How do I track an order?

You can modify your order through your “My Account” Page or Clicking Track your order at the top bar of UrGear. You should enter your Order Number and E-mail to track your order

What if I need to modify my order?

You can modify your order through your “My Account” page or menu.

What if I need to change my shipping address?

You can change the shipping address at any time at “My Account” Menu and clicking “Addresses”. You can’t change the shipping address of the current orders, but you can change the address for the upcoming orders.

What happens if my order arrives late?

You can contact us through “Contact Us” Page, we will communicate with the courier partner and will resolve the issue if the shipment is late.
